Have you ever been repulsed by accumulated rubbish on city streets?  Have you ever felt unsafe in these areas?  Accumulated rubbish means the area is not being cared for.  Most city councils employ street cleaners however sadly it is often the case that even though there are street cleaners employed there is still an accumulation of rubbish on our streets.

This leads to feelings of insecurity and rightly so.  If we can persuade people to pick up one piece of rubbish when they are out on their daily walk we can stop the problems of accumulated rubbish at the source.  People who are prepared to pick up a piece of rubbish everyday become part of the solution rather than part of the problem.  We encourage you to feel pride in your neighbourhood and keep it safe and secure.  Rubbish picked up daily keeps your neighbourhood clean all the time.
